Terms of Use

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms cover this website, run by Ningbo We Sure Safety Co., Ltd. for our WESURESAFETY brand. Use the site and you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

What you can do here

Browse, download catalogues and drawings to help you evaluate or buy our products, and send us a message through the forms. What you can't do: scrape or bulk-copy the site, resell what's on it, try to get into parts of it that aren't public, or use it in a way that breaks the law or disrupts the service.

Whose content it is

The photos, product images, catalogue files, drawings, text and trade marks here belong to us, to our suppliers, or to the licensors who let us use them. Other companies' product and brand names appear for identification only and stay with their owners. Using the site doesn't transfer any of those rights to you.

Product information

Treat the sizes, weights, materials, colours, packing data and images on this site as a guide. We improve products, so details move. What we send you in a quotation, and what we put in the order confirmation, is what applies. Where a figure here and a figure there disagree, theirs is the one we go by.

The site itself

We keep it accurate and running, but we hand it over as it is: no promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Other websites

Where we link out, we do it because it might help you. We don't control those sites, their products, or their privacy practices.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, or lost business arising from your use of this site or of anything you download from it. Nothing here removes liability the law says we can't limit, and nothing here changes the separate terms in any contract of sale.
